During this walk you will be able to discover what listening with presence feels like - as the person who is listening as well as being listened to.
We begin with a short guided meditation to arrive fully in the moment, then continue with simple listening practices designed to foster presence and genuine connection with others. An opportunity to meet, share, and experience the power of mindful communication.
