Join us for a free, half-day Connector session delivered by MATES in Construction NSW. This evidence-based workshop equips everyday people – aged 16 and above – to become suicide alert helpers on site or in the community. No prior experience is needed.

Workshop Details

Date & Time: 9:30am start – runs for 4 hours (including breaks)
Cost: Free
Attire: Casual office wear
Food: Light lunch provided (please bring your own if you have dietary needs/allergies)

What Is a Connector?

A Connector is:

A mate who looks out for their workmates
The go-to person when someone needs to talk
Someone who notices when others aren’t themselves
A person trained to recognise the signs that someone is struggling – and help them access support
Connectors play a critical role in suicide prevention.

Limited to 30 participants – first come, first served
Registrations close COB, 24th October
Workshop will be cancelled if minimum numbers aren't met
