The Conor Johnor Jam

This ticketed music festival includes a day of food, beer and wine along with five bands playing music from 1pm-8pm, with DJ sets between acts.  Click the links below to learn more about each act:

The proceeds from this event will help us fulfill Our Mission, which is to raise and distribute capital for non-profit organizations throughout WNY that provide sustenance to those in need, and to teach, encourage, and share knowledge about self-sustaining community food practices.

The Conor J. Casey Foundation was established in the summer of 2023 to honor its namesake, the head chef at Coco Bar and Bistro in Buffalo, NY.

Conor passed in 2022 at the age of 34, just 14 months after being diagnosed with glioblastoma. His talent, vitality, and loving nature were taken from us far too soon. The foundation seeks to honor Conor’s memory by furthering the core philosophies that fueled his desire to feed others.

Conor loved to cook, whether for 2 or 200, and he shared with everyone who would listen about the art of great food and the greater importance a good meal. Conor’s impressive dedication to his craft garnered admiration from his peers and devotion from friends and strangers, who continue to return to Coco to enjoy his culinary creations and the atmosphere of food and fun that he leaves behind.

Conor was always feeding people wherever he was. With that in mind, our goal is to remember him for what he loved, not what took him from us. “Feed the Need” is Conor’s legacy.

Conor also loved music and the sense of community it offers. In homage to that passion, we have created the The Conor Johnor Jam!
