We dare you to take on this challenge to learn how to CONQUER on this Soul Lift Trip to Chilligoe. This exhilarating Soul Lift trip will not only help you to conquer fears, but it will gear you up to conquer challenges in your life so that you can overcome them head-on with re-focused energy, power and strength! Cliff tracks, caves, canyons, camping and outrageously good company...you can't go wrong! You will be challenged, but you can absolutely conquer at Chilligoe. You will not want to miss this!

Suitable for individuals 12+ years or older. You will need reasonable fitness, good walking shoes, a small pack for carrying 1-2 L of drinking water, a head torch or 4x AA batteries and something delicious to roast on the fire as a snack.

🌿 What to Expect:

Bush Adventures: Camp in a stunning natural setting. Hike through bush trails and cliff tracks, swim in rivers and creeks, and discover the depth of Chilligoe caves at Mungana Park.
Spiritual Workshops: Discover you were created with infinite care and there is a wonderful, marvellous plan for your life. Conquer the inner voices and lies to appreciate with gratefulness what you have, who you are and who you are created to be.
Discipling: Join small group sessions to creatively explore more of amazing you.

🌟 What is Art and Creative Therapy?
Art and creative therapy uses art-based activities to help people express themselves and resolve their emotions, such as art therapy, music therapy, dance and movement therapy, drama therapy and poetry therapy. It can be beneficial for people with a variety of physical, mental, and emotional conditions.

At Soul Lift our art and creative programs combine creativity, colour, movement, music, storytelling, writing, performance, photography and various art forms in wild places of inspiring hope. Participants disconnect from technology in order to reconnect with who they are and all they can be through relearning to release the old and step into the new with vision, dream, purpose and belief. Most participants experience profound freedom and renewal in mind, heart, and soul. This brings transformational change in their lives that can begin a powerful journey out of depression, anxiety, fear, anger, pain, mental anguish, and brokenness. It is radically life-changing.

Adventure Therapy is a diverse field of practice that combines adventure and outdoor environments to achieve therapeutic outcomes. Research in this field has shown positive results in improving self-concept and self-esteem, encouraging help-seeking behaviours, fostering mutual aid and pro-social behaviours, building trust, and more. Through nature-based experiences, participants develop resilience, strengthen social connections, and gain a deeper understanding of themselves.

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE

✈️ Fly into Cairns and Start Your Adventure in Style:
Participants can fly into Cairns Airport, where you'll be greeted and picked up in Bumblebee—our big, off-road 4x4 truck built for adventure!

ARRIVAL - Participants flying in must book to arrive into Cairns before 10am on Friday 17th of January, 2025.

DEPARTURE - Participants flying out must book to depart from Cairns after 5pm on Sunday 19th of January, 2025.

All participants flying in must share flight booking details with Soul Lift 1-day before arrival to comply with our risk management policies. This is to ensure the safe pick-up with clear communication for all participants.

PLEASE NOTE: Flight Bookings and Costs are not included in outlined costs and are the responsibility of each individual.

ITINERARY

Fri	17/1/2025	10am Pick Up from Cairns Airport. Enjoy a hike at Barron Falls and a delicious lunch in the tropical rainforests of Kuranda before heading out West to Chillagoe. Set up camp, explore Mungana Park and enjoy a delicious meal around a campfire as you make new friends and work through your first CONQUER challenges.
Sat	18/1/2025	Heart to heart healing hike. Caving with Christ. Dream Big creative session! Conquer challenges and thrill activities.
Sun	19/1/2025	Pack up camp. Caving with Christ. Conquer challenges and thrill activities. Drive to Cairns to be there around 5pm.

Trip payments can be paid in full via credit card at the checkout, or via ZipPay or AFTERPAY over four instalments.
