Conscious Breathwork: Nervous System Reset

This Wednesday night breathwork session is designed to help you slow down, release stress, and reset your nervous system so you can leave feeling calmer, clearer, and more like yourself again.

Using a simple guided breathing technique, your body naturally shifts out of “stress mode” and into a deeper state of relaxation. As the nervous system settles, many people experience a release of tension, emotional pressure, or mental overload they didn’t even realise they were carrying.
