We will serve a beautiful Cacao, while we discuss the beneficial properties and how our ancestors shared their wisdom and deep intuition. I will run through the many healing abilities your breath has and what you might expect during this experience, all while you sit with beautiful ceremonial grade cacao

Experience deep relaxation, euphoria, insight, guidance, connection to our higher self, past lives, our path, purpose, & more. Carrying your intention into the breath , we often experience exactly what is needed in that moment.

During this 3 hour ceremony, you'll connect with like minded people, learn the conscious connected breathwork technique, experience a full breathwork and sound journey along with a little space for integration and sharing about your experience at the end (if you would like to). All in this beautiful Geomestic Dome with beautiful acoustics and with insight provided by Peruvian Ceremonial Cacao

I offer a calm and gentle masculine presence, encouraging heart activation and opening, to trust in yourself and connection with others. My years of research have lead me to serving others on their path to self-discovery and self-mastery. Creating a blissful safe space to go inward and feel it to heal it, replacing stress or negative energy stored in the body, with that of bliss, connection, joy, relaxation, presence, with an open trusting heart in flow and resonance with nature and your natural state of being.

The Holotropic style of conscious connected breathwork is powerful when guided by intention. I enourage you to carry intention into this journey. Holotropic is an ancient Greek expression, meaning Holo = Wholeness and Tropic = Trepein meaning 'in the direction of' or in the direction of wholeness. It is my intention to create a safe space for the journey inward reconnecting with others inspiring intuitive direction

Contraindications:

Like most types of therapy, Breathwork isn't appropriate for everyone. It is also important to note that a contraindication for some types of Breathwork may not be one for another. For example, types of breathwork that use rapid breathing may be very risky for someone with certain health conditions, such as high blood pressure, cardiovascular issues, a recent surgery, or osteoporosis. However, a type of Breathwork that utilizes a more gentle and relaxed form of breathing may be perfectly safe, and even beneficial. It's recommended that you consult with your healthcare provider (including any mental health provider) and consult with the Breathwork practitioner before participating in any form of Breathwork.

Following is a list of some of the most common contraindications for Breathwork:

Cardiovascular problems
High or abnormal blood pressure
History of aneurysms
Epilepsy or history of seizures
Anyone on heavy medication
Severe psychiatric symptoms, particularly psychosis or paranoia
Bipolar depression
Osteoporosis
Recent surgery
Glaucoma
Pregnancy
An active addiction
An person with mental illness who isn't in treatment or lacks adequate support

Breathwork can result in intense physical and emotional release. Therefore, it is not advised for persons with a history of cardiovascular disease, including angina or heart attack, high blood pressure, glaucoma, retinal detachment, osteoporosis, any significant recent physical injuries or surgeries. Breathwork is not advised for persons with severe mental illness or seizure disorders or for persons using major medications. It is also unsuitable for anyone with a personal or family history of aneurysms. Pregnant women are advised against practicing Breathwork without first consulting and getting approval from their primary care physician. Persons with asthma should bring their inhaler and consult with their primary care physician and the Breathwork facilitator before their first session.

By purchasing a ticket you agree you have been fully informed of the risks and you release all legal and financial responsibility from Matt Castle (facilitator) in the unlikely event of accident, illness or injury experienced before, during or after this experience.

Q: What is breathwork?

A: This conscious connected breathwork is a specific breathing technique which has a whole range of benefits including, releasing trauma, letting go of past hurts, health benefits, access creative ideas and tap into your inner knowing. The 60min breathwork journey itself is done laying down with eyes closed and is guided with a music playlist specifically curated for the event.

Q: What can I expect?

A: There will be a short guided meditation, explanation of conscious connected breathwork (how to do it, tetany, things that may happen etc), a full 60 min breathwork journey and space afterwards for a few to share about their experience and any questions asked and support given if needed

Q: I have one or more of the listed contraindications - what should I do?

A: Email or message us to let us know what these are and we’ll let you know if we can offer adjustments so you can attend, otherwise a 1:1 private session maybe more suitable.

Q: I'm not sure I can come this day, when will be the next one?

A: Yes, We have no confirmed dates as to when we will hold another event but we are hoping to make this a regular thing we offer.

Q: Do you offer refunds?

A: No we don't offer refunds however you can transfer your ticket to a friend or family up to 12 hours before the event and let me know by email to matthew.stephen.alive@gmail.com with your order # to confirm. Within 12 hours or less of the event, tickets are non-transferable to a later date and non-refundable. Your purchase of ticket/s indicates your awareness and agreement to this
