Thanks for joining Roisin and I for this private Breathwork session. I also invite you to sit in with me, as I guide you with a small Cacao ceremony prior to the immersion into our breathing.

It is said that we release more than 50% of our metabolic waste through our breath. With our breath we are able to stimulate our nervous system, removing stuck energy, such as emotional or physical traumas.

We enter an altered state of consciousness, often producing a blissful and joyful experience. By flooding the body with oxygen, we can help the cells return to their natural regenerative process
