Join us for a deeply enriching experience where we will come together for an empowering conscious connected breathwork journey.
Conscious connected breathwork opens up a pathway that shifts stuck emotion, limiting beliefs and blockages that may be in the way of what we'd love to feel and experience more of in our life.
Be warmly welcomed in a safe and nurturing environment that gives you full permission to let go of what’s no longer serving and open to the power and love that’s expanding from the true, authentic self within.
Along with a selection of tribal, evocative and melodic music curated for the journey, the session will be facilitated with empowering guidance and instruments for a fully immersive experience.
What you can expect:
Begin with rhythmic breathing together to cultivate inner and group coherence, followed by a visualisation meditation to attune us with our intentions.
An introduction and background to conscious connected breathwork. Where it came from, how it works and what to expect in the breathwork journey.
Light movement and optional intention sharing with the group should you feel inspired to speak your intentions into the space.
The breathwork journey, rest and integration. An opportunity to share about your experience with the group if you wish followed by healthy snacks while we connect.

Who's the facilitator?
My name is Kevin Adams. I had my first taste of conscious connected breathwork in 2017 on a weekend retreat. A student of inner work for many years, I discovered how experiences in my younger years led to low self-esteem and sabotaging patterns. Over the years i've built a better relationship with myself thanks to a range of personal development tools, a key one being breathwork. I've spent the last ten years working in a variety of corporates and start-ups and in the past year co-organising ecstatic dance events, facilitating large group meditations and conscious connected breathwork sessions. I've completed certifications in facilitating breathwork, meditation, yoga and mental health first aid training.
