Join me for an evening of guided breathwork, reflection, nervous system regulation, and meditation. This small, intimate group is limited, allowing space to feel seen, supported, and grounded. Come exactly as you are, no pressure, no expectations and no previous experienced required.

This breathwork session will start with some journaling before we lay down on the mat and begin with a grounding mediation. We will then move into a guided activiated breathwork before slowing down the breath and finishing with a transformational meditation and integration.
