Join Liv Kali (Founder of Midnight Earth) to explore your inner world through conscious dance, embodiment practices and cacao ritual.

A sacred and safe space to deep dive into yourself ~ navigate the terrains that exist within using the wisdom and intuition of the bodies breath, sound, movement and self touch.

Through ritual you will be guided to expand your consciousness and deepen your connection with yourself.

Each of the practices are provided as a support, so you can land into the body bringing a sense of grounding and presence. It's from this place where you can begin your self exploration. This is an opportunity to call in a greater self awareness ~ to know how to communicate from the body, to navigate emotions, connect to your sensations and the energy that's moving through you.

This is a safe, open and judgement-free space for movement, play and exploration. It is non-verbal space, creating opportunity to dive deeper into your movement language and dialogue with self on a new plane.

GUIDELINES
1. Wear comfortable clothes to move in
2. Move however feels intuitively right for you (there is no right or wrong way in the space)
3. No phones, filming or talking during the movement phase
4. Respect yourself, one another and the space
5. Drug and alcohol-free

ABOUT YOUR FACILITATOR
Liv Kali (Founder Midnight Earth)
Liv Kali is formally qualified in Reiki, NLP & Life coaching, Kundalini Dance, and Kundalini Tantra Yoga and is currently studying Transpersonal Counselling.

Liv combines an intuitive, practical and creative approach, grounded in sacred intention, to guide you into new realms of personal transformation in 1:1 facilitated sessions. 

At the core of her work is the desire for humans to anchor to their truth, and deepen their levels of self-awareness, self-love and self-empowerment, to live authentically. Her intention is for her clients to develop the skills and levels of embodiment required to enjoy deeply intimate relationship with self and other, in all aspects, including physically, emotionally, spiritually and sexually.

Liv is deeply passionate about every person having a safe space to work through the depths of emotions and trauma, and feel seen and heard.

Embodiment practices, essential oils, shamanic drumming, sound healing & chakra work are often interweaved throughout Liv’s reiki and holistic coaching sessions. 

Liv is also a Kundalini Tantra Yoga & Embodiment Facilitator in Sydney, for live and online personal transformation rituals and events.
