The season of Autumm governs our ability to let go, set limits, protect boundaries and organisation.

In autumn we move from the external, expansive nature of summer to the internal, contractive nature of autumn. It is a time for intropsection and looking within.

It is a beautiful period of transformation and renewal as we prepare ourselves for winter.

It can also be a time of year where we are faced with heavier emotions like sadness and grief that may be being harboured within our bodies. For many, a response to navigating these emotions may cause us to hold on to them; to internalise their weight as they physically manifest in our body. Often when we do this it can affect our mood greatly, as well as our metabolism, hormonal balance and a host of other digestive disorders.

Experiencing a sense of release, both inside and out, can be tranformational and relieving during this time.

ASK YOURSELF?

Is it time for me to look within and lay down some of the heavy baggage i have been carrying around?

Am I ready to give myself the space to acknowledge and feel the emotions that might be trying to get my attention so I can show up in the world in my own unique fullness?

Do I want to step into a safe space where I feel held & nurtured?

Am I ready to slow down a little & connect deeply to myself?

Do I want to connect with other women through truth and authenticity, helping me to realise I am not alone on this journey?

Would I like to be creative and move my body more freely?

Do I just need a little time out and space for myself where I feel loved & supported?

If you answered yes to even some of these questions and feel called to join me, then I encourage you to trust your intuition & come along.

If some of these things feel a little scary, that's great too, it means you are feeling the pull to step into a space where change is very likely on the horizon. This has always been a sign for me throughout my journey that i was about to experience tremendous growth. It has never failed me.

This gathering will be held at The Cosmos Co - Anambah (near Maitland) on a beautiful patch of land that holds so much wisdom and lessons. We will be indoors & outdoors during the day.

We will move through our day together slowly and intentionally. There will be processes for deep connection & reflection, circle sharing, time in nature, meditation, movement and an open space for whatever shows up for you on the day.

We will also be joined by Kylie from Wildflower Heart & Minds who will be guiding us through a 2 hr Theraputeic Creative Art Session after lunch.

A delicious lunch is included, along with water & herbal teas.

TOTAL INVESTMENT: $150 (Fully Inclusive). Pay $50 to hold your space & your balance is due 1 week before retreat via direct deposit.

My personal offering to you: Over the past 10 years I have had the honour of holding space for hundreds of women individually and as part of retreat gatherings. As i followed the calling to step into many Retreat spaces as I moved through my own healing journey I felt the immense power these spaces gifted me with and realised this was my purpose and passion - To create safe spaces for Women to step into for their own growth and healing where they feel safe, seen, heard, valued and loved. This is what I offer to you.
