Spring is a time to move from an internal contractive state towards a more external expansive state.

One of the best ways to transition between Winter & Summer is to step into a spring cleanse & this is going to be the focus of our 2 days together. What is it you would like to let go of.....

How would you like to start nourishing your body?

Spring in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), is associated with the element of Wood & corresponds to the Liver and Gall Bladder meridians, which are closely linked to the emotions anger, frustration and depression. Often during this time you may find that these emotions may be coming to the surface a little more. We will be spending some time feeling into this & being very conscious about emotional repression, as we learn through our own embodied awareness & experience.

This is a structured Retreat that will flow with the needs of everyone present. We will be doing some movement, meditation, creating, therapeutic art, processing and self-reflection as we come together to connect with ourselves and all the other beautiful souls who are called to step into this special space. You will also have free time & space for yourself.

Allowing your mind to take a break in a non-judgemental, nurturing space of love for a beautiful 2 day break.

It is time to fill your cup as we move into the new season of SPRING?

I will be sharing with you how to best step into this season and stay healthy and balanced. We will be spending time looking at the things in life that create disharmony for us, weigh us down, or feel heavy to carry, as we move through processes to create and invite more space, lightness and flow into life. You will get to taste and experience some delicious home cooked vegetarian meals, soups, juices & smoothies without having to prepare anything yourself (one of the best parts of any retreat)! Everyone always loves the delicious, healthy food.

There will be an opportunity for a cleansing river swim also, then the chance to warm up around the open fire.

To receive the Early bird pricing for camping of $444 (+ booking fee) & for the NEWLY RELEASED bunk bed/bathroom early bird option of $555 (+booking fee) you will need to have paid in full by 29th August 24 (you can pay this when booking your place if you choose, alternatively you will be sent an invoice with the balance owing).

Payment plans are available, so please contact me if you are drawn to coming along but need additional time to pay & we can put a plan in place.

All final payments need to be finalised by 13th September 24.

Once you have booked your place you will receive information on what to bring.

If you are camping - You only need somewhere to sleep - so tent or swag & your own bedding woud be perfect.

If you are staying in the bunk bed shared accommodation room, you just need to bring your pillow.

Important information: Flushing toilets available for use during Retreat.
