CONSCIOUS CONNECTIONS

A day workshop for Singles and Couples

This workshop will be a very active and participatory experience.

A full day of embodiment practices, connecting to self, connection with others and community.

You will leave with a more felt pleasure experience having explored a day of connection, play and learning.

We will be:

Using breath to connect to your body to become more grounded
Techniques to release any body held trauma (great for general grounding as well)
Using breath to move your energy
Exploring boundaries and consent
Playing with your Yes and your No with embodied exercises
Holding space for each other
Creating deep connections
Connecting and deepening your connection to your own erotic self

Embodied practices connect us more into our bodies which gets us out of our heads. This creates new neurological pathways on a somatic learning, by changing the cellular memory of our body.

Whether you’re single or in a relationship this is an opportunity to dive deeper into your connection with you and provide you with some body based learnings.

You do not need to have any previous experience to participate and you can choose to practice at your own comfort level.

This is a workshop that is held with deepest respect and honour for each individual. It is a safe space and all genders and sexual orientations are welcomed.

My last workshop, everyone's hearts were so expanded and there was so much joy, connection and bliss for all of the participants.

The event will more than be held in my home at Mudjimba, which is why I can keep the price this crazy low!

This will not be a huge event in numbers, so tickets will book out!

PLEASE NOTE:

Doors open from 9:00am for a 9:30am start. We will not wait for you, so it's imperative you arrive on time.

Doors will close at 9:30am please DO NOT be late as you will not be able to attend.

A yoga mat and a pillow to sit on

Something for lunch

Morning tea and afternoon munchies will be provided and tea at lunch time.
