✨THIS WORKSHOP'S FOCUS:
This gathering marks a rite of passage: releasing the inner work of the Snake — shedding, introspection, and transformation — and preparing to meet the momentum, courage, and forward movement of the Fire Horse. It’s an invitation to pause, listen, and consciously lay down what no longer serves before stepping into the year ahead with clarity and embodied confidence.

Through guided movement, somatic exploration, relational practices, and nourishing connection, we’ll explore common inner themes: control and surrender, isolation and support, doubt and worthiness, overwhelm and clarity, allowing shifts to arise through felt experience rather than analysis.

Where are you ready to release control and trust what wants to move through you?
What inner weight, grief, or unfinished business is asking to be acknowledged and laid down?
Where have you been doing it alone, and what becomes possible when you allow support?
What part of you is ready to step forward, lighter, clearer, and more alive?

You’ll experience deep listening, self-trust, platonic touch, and the warmth of being held by community. Affirmation, celebration, and presence weave through the space, showing that transformation can be joyful and real.

By the end, you’ll leave grounded, open-hearted, and resourced, carrying embodied readiness, trust, and connection as you step into the Fire Horse year with courage and momentum.
