At this Conscious Connections workshop, we create spaces where this becomes possible again.

This is a sacred yet playful workshop experience designed to bring you back into embodied connection with yourself, with others, and with community.

Through embodiment, gentle relational practices, and guided exploration, you are supported to soften the places that have been holding tension, isolation, or emotional overwhelm.

This month we work with the element of Water

Water teaches us about flow, emotion, intuition, and receptivity.

It also reveals where we are holding too tightly…
where we have gone numb…
or where emotions are moving too strongly without grounding.

Together we explore:

Where your emotional world feels dry or disconnected
Where feelings have become stuck or unprocessed
Where overwhelm moves through you too quickly or intensely
Where softness, surrender, and trust could be invited back in

The relational experience

This is not a workshop you simply observe, it is one you experience in your body.

You will be guided through:

embodied movement practices
gentle relational connection work
nervous system awareness practices
group attunement and shared presence

And importantly, there is space for safe, consensual, non-sexual touch

They are not about intensity or performance.
They are about the nervous system remembering what it feels like to be safely held in community.
