Devon Ramirez | @devdoesmycurls

After being a hairstylist for over a decade, I chose to be an educator for Innersense because it’s the most reliable product line that I have found. I work with mostly curly clients and want their routines to be as simplified as it can be and Innersense allows for that. I love that the clean ingredients make it so I can recommend these products for anyone. And now with the color line, I appreciate that the care for stylists, as well as clients, hold true to the Innersense values. To me, education is the most important aspect of our careers. Not only in the way that we inform our clients, but also how we keep ourselves educated. Whether it’s new techniques or brushing up on color theory, it’s our duty to stay in the know. And it’s a ton of fun!
