Conscious Dance at Fairfield House

An invitation to come together and dance in presence with self and community. Hosted by Monica.

We will open in circle, followed by some gentle guidance to land you in the space, a juicy, free space to move, feel and express yourself. The music will be mainly electronic dance music mixed with some intentional waves to activate different expression, followed by some grounding integration at the end ✨

🧡 This is a space to lean into your authenticity and explore whatever it is that wants move in you. No steps to follow, no judgement — just full freedom to be where you’re at and express your aliveness.

Please note this is an alcohol free event and we encourage sobriety to be fully present with the experience.
