Conscious Dance at Warwick House

❄️ A warm invitation to come together out of the cold and dance in presence with yourself and community.

There will be some gentle guidance to land you in the space, a juicy, free space to move, feel and express in the middle followed by some nurturing integration at the end.

Very excited to be having Loren making magic on the decks this time too!✨

~ Wear loose comfy clothes and bring a water bottle.

~ Please don’t park in the Warwick house parks as these are for residents.

~ The dance will be held in the ballroom, which is straight down the path.
