Conscious Dance at Warwick House

An invitation to come together and dance in presence with yourself and community.

There will be some gentle guidance to land you in the space, a juicy, free space to move, feel and express in the middle followed by some nurturing integration at the end. ✨

This is a space to lean into your authenticity and explore whatever it is that wants move in you. No steps to follow—just full freedom to be where you’re at and express your aliveness.

Please note that this is an alcohol free event.

Koha Entry. ($0-$20) cash at the door

~ Wear loose comfy clothes and bring a water bottle.

~ Please don’t park in the Warwick house parks as these are for residents.

~ The dance will be held in the ballroom, which is straight down the path.
