You don't need any dance experience.

The event starts with a brief introduction, followed by music 🎶 to help you ground and connect with your body. Dance freely without any set choreography or steps. The music ranges from slow and meditative 🧘‍♀️ to playful and energetic 🤸‍♀️, carefully curated to support your emotional and physical journey. End with a final relaxation and integration period.

Conscious Dance sessions can be transformative, deepen your relationship with yourself, release tensions, awaken awareness, and create new ways of looking at life.

Wear comfy clothes and bring your bottle of water 💦

Doors will close at 6.45 pm.
