An Ecstatic Dance with a mission. To raise valuable funds for children and medical efforts in Gaza.

We dance with the children and people affected by the conflict in Gaza, Palestine.

A playlist of potent and uplifting music will guide us on the dance floor so we can move in solidarity and share our humanity with those affected.

Funds raised from ticket sales will be donated to the charities Olive Kids and Doctors without Borders.
The Dancing Dhevas community is a group dedicated to dancing with passion and authenticity, there is no talking and yet so much is communicated on dance floor. Dance your dance as no one else can do it for you.

Moving together in community brings solidarity and grows empathy, compassion and love. When we dance we can not hate.
No right or wrong and no set moves, open up to a world of possibilities beyond your imagination, with friends on the dance floor and music to make you move.

Turn mobile phones off, no photography and no Shazam please - Turn up and dance with us in presence.

No shoes, we dance bare foot to ground and connect with the earth, freeing your feet will free the body as well as the mind.

No talking on the dance floor, the space becomes safe to express and feel into your dance when the mind pauses the need to communicate through words. Keep the space safe for each other.

NEW TO DANCING DHEVAS...

The ecstatic dance is a process of delving into your own individual, original dance, it is so unique to you and how you move that it can not be reproduced by anyone else. This gives us the freedom from constraints and judgements so we can explode our potential to move until it unleashes the dancer within. The room takes on a different energy as everyone drops into their dance and natural ecstasy is reached.

We have been teaching Conscious Dance in WA for 15 years, trained in various modalities and taught numerous classes, workshops and retreats. The essence never changes, the purity and simplicity humbles us each time we step onto the dance floor and we are ever grateful to the community around us and the earth that holds us.

This event is not suitable for kids (18+)

We acknowledge and pay respect to the Whadjuk Noongar, the custodians of the land we dance on.
