Welcome home to the practice of Dancing Freedom. Dancing Freedom is a global mindfulness movement supporting liberation, community and leadership through the sacred medicine of dance. Dancing Freedom blends free-form, conscious dance and the essence of medicine ceremony, taking you on an elemental dance wave through Earth, Water, Fire, Air & Ether.

About Caitlin Wood:
As an embodied leader of creative freedom - an artist, creative therapist and conscious movement teacher - I love to guide people into a more loving relationship with their body, to inspire gratitude & wonder for all the many expressions of life, and to assist people and communities in developing strong foundations of connectedness, kindness and integrity.

Caitlin is a fully qualified & well experienced Dancing Freedom facilitator and Open Floor teacher.
