A simple movement class on zoom, an invitation to follow the call, impulses and needs of your body and being in the moment.
Class is 7-8.15pm Sydney time.

Doors open 6.45pm. Please arrive early to check your tech & settle in.

Please note - Doors will close at 7.10pm, and no-one will be admitted after that time.

You are invited to join us on-screen for the opening and closing circles, in between you are welcome to dance with video on or off, on or off-screen, as you wish.

Dancing Freedom

An invitation to come together to move through these times with awareness and compassion.

Dance as food, as nourishment, a delicious elixir of connection, a soothing balm for a busy mind, an energising tonic for the spirit, a healing salve for the wounded heart, dance is medicine.

As life continues to shift and change, and much is still unknown, how can we lean into the medicine of dance to support health & wellbeing on both an individual & collective level?
