Awakening Inner Wisdom Through Guided Meditation & Embodied Awareness

Join us for a 60 minute virtual class series of reflection, insight, and inner exploration.

Through trauma-informed grounding practices, breathwork, guided meditation, somatic awareness, and journaling, we will create space to quiet the noise of everyday life and reconnect with the wisdom that already lives within.

This experience is designed for curious souls seeking greater clarity, self-understanding, and connection. Together, we will explore the language of the body, the power of imagination, and the subtle guidance that emerges when we slow down and listen.

What to expect:
• Grounding and centering practices
• Breath and nervous system regulation exercises
• Guided meditation and inner journey work
• Somatic resourcing and embodied awareness
• Reflection and journaling prompts
• Integration and closing discussion

No previous meditation experience is required. All are welcome.

Please have available:
• A cozy quiet space, low stimulation, dim lighting, pillows, blankets, and items of comfort
• Water bottle
• Journal and pen
