Join me for my Conscious Connection Women's WINTER Day Retreat

I am excited to be coming to an amazing new location in Anambah (Maitland area) to host this event and have some beautiful processes and information to share with you all as we immerse ourselves in the season of winter.

Winter, in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), is associated with the element of Water which governs our kidney & bladder. In TCM the kidneys hold our most basic & fundamental energy. It is so important that we nurture this during Winter. Rest is important for harmonising the kidneys. We will talk about what this might look and feel like for you at this time & what you can do to help stay balanced during this season.

When we harmonise our bodies with the seasons we can stay healthier & happier. Our bodies & minds will thank us for this in so many ways.

The emotions that can reflect an imbalance in the kidneys & bladder meridian system are often be fear & anxiety.

During the day we will be doing some reflective processing, movement, meditation, creating, art therapy, laughing, dancing, sharing, drumming and having fun while connecting deeply to ourselves and our bodies in a non judgemental space of love and acceptance. It will be a day of nurturing.

I will be sharing with you how to best move through this season and stay healthy and balanced, as we look at what foods are recommended to be including in our diets at this time also.

We will be having a very talented artist coming in to share a beautiful art therapy process with us along with an African Drumming teacher. For those of you who have been on my previous Retreats will know just how much fun this is.

I hope you can join me for a beautiful day together as you gift yourself this precious time and space for deeper connection & fun. It is all about balance.

Lunch will be provided, along with herbal teas.

Cost for the full day is $155 + Booking Fee. You can secure your space for $50 & pay your balance by direct desposit on 14/7/24.

Please bring water, yoga mat, blanket and pillow, pen and journal and an item that symbolises winter for you to place on our centrepiece. A small part of the day may be held outside in nature, so you might like to bring a jacket also. Although most of out time will be spend in the nurturing warmth of a warm fire.
