The Boardwalk is a creative, vibrant, and accessible events venue in the heart of Glasgow's Merchant City
We have a variety of meeting rooms and spaces available for hire including 7 studios and a 180-capacity black box theatre.
We play host to a variety of different events from creative workshops, theatre performances, and dance rehearsals, to networking events, company team days, and conferences. Our friendly and experienced team provide excellent customer service as well as tech and equipment support to make sure you have a fantastic event. We can also provide a range of delicious catering options, light refreshments, and drinks.

The venue is run by Scottish community arts charity, Impact Arts. All the proceeds made through bookings at The Boardwalk go towards the charity's life-changing creative programmes.
Impact Arts transforms lives through art and creativity. It offers a range of art programmes for people of all ages facing disadvantages or barriers across Central Scotland.
By engaging communities in art projects, Impact Arts empowers individuals to discover their creativity, develop new skills, gain accreditations, build their confidence, connect with their community, and plan their next steps.
Through these programmes, the charity fosters positive change, using art as a catalyst for personal growth, improved wellbeing, and social impact.
