Event description

Nature Ramble and Reflection

Join this walk and talk to explore the historic Le Page homestead and gardens, and the beautiful bushland along the Plenty River.

Discover nature treasures along the way. From seed pods and feathers, to kangaroos and clouds, let your curiosity guide you.

Write and sketch about what you see in your very own nature journal.

We’ll teach you techniques that are used by explorers, inventors and naturalists. These ways of looking at the world around you are fun and engaging. It will give you a template of best practices to use again and again on your next explorations.
