FAQs
- I find meditation really hard. Is this going to be uncomfortable?
This is a meditation that brings us into the present moment and place. You'll be guided all the way throughout the meditation and be supported in feeling connected and in awe of nature. You can sit upright, keep your eyes open and do whatever you need to feel comfortable.
- I've never done a nature meditation before. Can I come if I have no experience?
Of course! Most people have never formally tried a nature meditation, but it's actually something we all do intuitively when we are in natural spaces. You don't need to have any experience or expectations. Come as you are.
