ConserVentures Nature Immersion Retreat
Event description
Step away from the busyness of daily life and immerse yourself in nature for a weekend of rest, reconnection, and inspiration.
Just over an hour north of Sydney, this intimate retreat takes place on a stunning private riverside property, home to rich mangrove ecosystems, native bush foods, and a sacred Indigenous site.
Across the weekend, you’ll enjoy:
🌿 Learning from First Nations Yaegl Man, Clarence Bruinsma, for a unique cultural and ecological experience in Bush to Bowl’s Native Agroforestry Garden. Clarence will share knowledge about bushfoods, native plants, and sustainable land practices, while guiding participants through a hands-on workshop in the garden.
📓 A nature journaling workshop to deepen your observation skills and curiosity, using your own gifted journal.
👣 Guided nature walks and citizen science activities.
🧘 Guided nature meditations to connect to your body and surroundings.
🥗 Nourishing, fully-catered vegetarian meals.
✨ Time to relax, reflect, and connect with like-minded people.
Your host is Jada Andersen, ecologist, conservationist, and founder of ConserVentures, whose mission is to create experiences that recharge you while regenerating nature.
Choose to arrive Friday afternoon (recommended) or Saturday morning, with optional add-on transport from Berowra Station provided for people joining us on Friday.
Spaces are limited to keep this experience personal and immersive. Join us for a weekend that will leave you recharged, inspired, and more deeply connected to the natural world.
Note: Attendees will need to organise their own camping gear. If you don't have camping gear, we recommend hiring a tent, sleeping bag, sleeping mat and headtorch from Overnight Adventures. Please feel free to reach out if you'd like support with this or have questions.
