Expression of Interest - 15 spots only

Construction Squad is a short 12 week program for young people seeking employment and it includes a FREE White Card and a FREE First Aid Certificate.

A second intake of participants is now possible.

To ensure there is some practical hands on experience participants in the program will also get to support the development of a Sensory Garden at a Murray Bridge site.

Construction Squad is a commitment of 23 days at Murray Bridge, 2 days per week over 12 weeks, 9.30am - 3pm.

Program 1

Part A of the project runs on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 10th November - December 16th. Christmas break. Then Part B runs from 19th January 2021 until February 24th (excluding Jan 26th Public Holiday). The February 24th will be a celebration day.

Program 2

Runs on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and commences shortly. it will conclude no later than 31st May 2021)

Program 2 also has the option to receive mentoring and support to Get Your Learners Permit.

To be eligibility you need to be :

17 to 25 years old (or close to 25)
Not enrolled in school
Registered with a Job Active

We will check with your Job Active Provider to confirm that they are happy with your participation. (It doesn't cost them anything).

Commencement of the program is subject to COVID19 social distancing requirements.
