Contact Improvisation Fundamentals Workshop 'Follow Through'

When: 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM, Sunday- February 16th

Where: Denmark Yoga Centre

Who: Suitable for total beginners through to experienced movers. All you need is a curious body and an open mind!

What: A workshop that will establish some of the core principles of Contact Improvisation to give you a solid foundation from which to continue building on. We will then continue on to explore further curiosities emerging from the form that can add layers of creativity and fun to the 'jam' space. The theme of this workshop is Follow through...

Cost: $50,
