Thank you for booking in to this @EventName with Joerg Hassmann on October 1st-5th in Cooran!

We're so much looking forward to spending several days together! A rich opportunity to dive a bit deeper into our CI practice and other aspects of being alive.
We're camping at the Hillier Retreat ... Hope you can join us to camp!... And dancing in the Cooran Hall a couple of minutes drive away in town.

Our planned schedule looks something like this...

THURSDAY 2dh October
11am onwards, arrive campsite, set up camp
2:30pm go to Cooran hall
3pm-6pm Dancing
6:30pm-7:30pm DINNER (provided at the Hillier Retreat)

Thursday 2nd, Friday 3rd & Sat 4th October
9am-12noon Dancing
12noon- 3:30pm LUNCH (provided at the Hillier Retreat) & break
3:30pm-6:30pm Dancing

Sunday 5th October
10am-1:30pm Dancing & Closing
1:30-3pm LUNCH (provided at Cooran hall) & Clean up party

(there might be the possiblity to stay another night at campsite)

Camping is at the Hillier Retreat, 236 Arthy's Rd, Cooran. Cost $25 pp/night, cash or direct deposit to:

PLEASE NOTE: Follow signs carefully to campsite. There are several private driveways leading off the same dirt track. After ca 500 curvy meters there is a fork. TURN LEFT! (otherwise the people living in the at the end of the other path get annoyed.) Then you go down a steep hill to the grassy camp ground below. It is manageable by two wheel vehicles, just go slow. You will see the camp kitchen and outhouses that are available for our use... Find a flat place to set up camp.

Bring your own tent and sleeping gear... Remember a torch...

There is a gas stove available for our use. We will have a fridge at the Hillier Retreat with limited space and a bigger fridge at the Cooran hall. The Cooran shop is reasonably well stocked for daily needs.
We have solar showers and composting toilets. Bring bathers, there is a massive dam that is very inviting after several hours of dancing!

We meet at Cooran hall between 2:30pm-2:45pm on Wednesday for a 3pm start. Bring drinking water bottles or anything you may need with you for the evening.

A warm meal will be provided Wednesday evening and Thursday Friday, Saturday, Sunday at lunch. Please come prepared to cater for all other meals. There are options nearby for dinner on Fridady & Saturday night.

Basic cereals, different kind of 'milks' and fruit is provided for Breakfast. Please feel free to add your own favourite breaky bits.

Please be aware that for attending the workshop you need to accept the following responsibility agreement
"In attending this workshop I take full responsibility of my own health and wellbeing. I acknowledge the nature of this workshop involves proposals to participate in exercises and movements that may be new to me. I recognise that the proposals are simply offers to try, and I take full responsibility to participate only within my own capacity as I see fit at the time. I acknowledge that the workshop facilitator and event organiser has no liability for any injuries which may occur during this workshop"

Cancellation policy
Cancellation more than two weeks prior to commencement of workshop will incur a 10% non-refundable processing fee.
Cancellation less than two weeks prior to commencement of workshop, will incur a 50% non-refundable processing fee.

No refund after September 30th.
