LOCATION & PARKING
The Academie of Grounding, 5/349 Montague Rd, West End QLD 4101. Allow some time for finding a park. There is street parking in the area and you may find your park a block or two from the venue itself.

WHAT TO WEAR

We recommend comfortable, movable clothing. Body contact is a key component of the Workshop and we'll spend time on the floor - lying and rolling. Skirts and flowy items can be challenging for this. Experienced Contacters prefer more body coverage rather than less - e.g. long pants and long sleeves.

FEEL WELL

This practice invites body contact and close proximity. Please ensure that you feel well. If you have any symptoms please do not attend and contact Joerg as coughing or sneezing in the space may not support a sense of safety for the group.

NOURISHMENT

Please resource your lunch and any coffee needs. There is a plethora of cafes in the area as well as Woolworths and Aldi within 5min walking.
