There is nothing more satisfying than becoming the master of your physical expression; no matter your level of ability.

This all level class moves through a constructive, mindful approach to injury free dancing; where you learn natural alignment through modern contemporary language.

The intention is to support the body to move intelligently and aestetically as you gain tools to build your own movement vocabulary.

You will learn floorwork, dynamics of the elements, musicality and developing your own artistic approach.

You will learn a short choreography at the end of class that we will build upon each week.

This class is ideal for those who have experience in any form of movement who wish to explore technique and artistry. Seasoned dancers as well as beginners are welcome.

You can drop in, but will get the most out of the series if you can attend most classes, as each week builds upon the next.
