There is nothing more satisfying than becoming the master of your physical expression; no matter your level of ability.

Technique classes move through a constructive, mindful approach to injury free dancing; where you learn natural alignment through modern contemporary language.

My teaching style is influenced by the Simonson Method as well as modern and contemporary dance styles.

I have been teaching for 25 years and it is my goal to make sure each student finds comfortability in their somatic exploration & artistic expression.

Our class supports the body to move intelligently and aestetically as you gain tools to build your own movement vocabulary.
We explore floorwork, dynamics of the elements, musicality and support for your artistic approach.

You will learn a short choreography for the last half hour of class, that we will build upon each week.

You can drop in, but will get the most benefit by joining for the series.

Beginners as well as those with years of experience are encouraged to attend.

Each perosn is encouraged to work at their own pace and choreography is taught in a 'user friendly' approach.
