We’ll kick things off with a mini workshop covering:

• B-Roll 101: What B-roll actually is, what to capture, and how to turn simple everyday moments into usable content

• Master Your Phone Camera: Understand the settings that matter, how to set up your phone for higher-quality footage, and simple adjustments that instantly upgrade your content

• Camera Angles + Movement: Learn how different angles change a shot, where to position your camera, how to move the camera intentionally, and how to capture more dynamic footage

• Body Movement + Posing: Body positioning, natural movement, flattering angles, and poses so you feel more confident on camera

• The Art of the Beat: How to use music, timing, transitions, and movement to make your Reels more engaging

• Visual Storytelling: Use colors, shapes, surroundings, framing, and composition to create content that catches the eye

• Stories vs. Reels vs. Carousels: Learn what type of content works best for each format — and how to capture footage you can repurpose across multiple posts

• Making Content FUN: Create content that feels like you instead of stiff, overly posed, or forced

Then, We Create.

You'll partner up and rotate through 4 curated content stations, taking turns as the model, camera woman, and hype queen.

Each station will give you the opportunity to practice the angles, movements, poses, and filming techniques you just learned — while actually building your own content library.

No standing around wondering, “What do I film?” or “What the hell do I do with my hands?” 😂

By the end, you'll walk away with B-roll clips + photos you can turn into weeks of Reels, Stories, carousels, and posts — AND a better understanding of how to create great phone content on your own.
