Designed specifically for our current students, this 4-week online program offers a seamless transition between terms, ensuring you continue to benefit from regular yoga and meditation. Each week, you'll have access to live-streamed classes that incorporate various yoga styles and meditation techniques, supporting your ongoing journey of growth and well-being. Perfect for all levels, Continuity Flow helps you sustain your home practice with ease and consistency, keeping you grounded and balanced during the break.

Track your progress by marking your practices as done and comment via the online daily journal, use this to connect with fellow practitioners, and find inspiration.
Continuity Flow empowers you to design your week or day according to your body's intuitive needs. Whether you choose to practice four times a week from each category or follow your intuition each day, share your insights and experiences in the weekly log comments section, curating your week with intention and reflection.
These sessions are longer than our usual under 30-minute sessions, with practices lasting 45 minutes to 1 hour, allowing you to immerse yourself deeply into the various categories of practices. Join us on this journey of self-discovery and optimal living. I'll be there to oversee your practices and look forward to seeing how you curate your week of yoga and meditation!
