Verity from Checklist Legal is back with a fun IRL hands on workshop, teaching fellow Legal Legends new and practical contract design skills that will help make your legal documents easy to read and understand.
What can you expect?
As seen previously in Melbourne Design Week, we will take you through our signature contract design process using the Reverse Sandwich Method and our Contract Design Canvas.
There will be lots of practical exercises and new ideas, as well as the opportunity to make new legal friends and grow your legal design network.
What to expect:

🔸 Insights into the updated Unfair Contract Terms laws and how contract design can help
🔸 CPD Points (1 x Practice Management and 1 x Professional Skills)

- You bring an open mind and if you have a contract you want to simplify, bring that along too

Meet your facilitator
Verity is an Accredited Specialist in Commercial Law, a LUMA Institute certified Human Centred Design practitioner, and Chief Contract Enthusiast at her B Corp certified law firm, Checklist Legal where she and her team specialise in human-centred contract operations.
Verity is the author of Create Contracts Clients Love and an Honorary Senior Fellow at the University of Melbourne where she taught Contract Design for Automation .
