Unconsious Bias is a natural prejudice that helps us navigate the world with less effort. But, when we make a quick assessment or judgment about other people most of it happens unconsciously based on our background, cultural environment and personal experiences. This webinar introduces participants to the concept of unconscious bias and offers tips to illuminate them.
