Sacred Conversations with Vulva
Women’s Circle of Embodied Remembering

You are invited into a "sacred conversations with Vulva" a full-day ceremonial circle co-facilitated by Chelsea (yoni massage therapist + birth doula) and Te-Awa (yoga therapist + somatic guide), created to honour the wisdom, power, and depth of your feminine body. This is a fully clothed, no-touch space for women and vulva-bodied beings.

Through gentle movement, your breath, sound, and journaling, you’ll awaken the language of your own body—especially the often-forgotten space of your vulva, your center of creative power and deep subconscious knowing. This is an invitation to remember your inner landscape, to tend to the garden of your becoming.

Expect:

Guided somatic movement to return to your presence
Ceremonial space honouring your ancestors and lineage
Sound therapy to support the flow of energy in your body
Journaling + writing to explore the stories held in your vulva space
A space to feel, process, and reconnect with your inner truth

Chelsea | Birth Doula & Certified Yoni Massage Therapist, devoted to honouring your sacred feminine and creating a safe space for you to soften and remember.
Te-Awa | Yoga Therapist, trained in Yin and Shadow Yoga, supporting you to access your nervous system, your emotions, and your body through movement and breath.
