Every founder and leader needs to have a hard conversation either with an employee, an external provider, an investor or an unhappy client. No one particularly likes having these conversations either. The aim of our short workshop is to give the gift of feedback and share the best ways to have difficult conversations with confidence and ease and to make every conversations a great conversations across all organisations no matter what the reason.

What is Spark Festival?
