Everyone walks into our club carrying something different. Sometimes we know what’s going on in someone’s life. Often, we don’t.

Join us for our annual World Mental Health Day event, bringing players, families, friends and the wider community together for Conversations That Matter.

We’ll explore navigating pressure, looking after our mental health and how we can better support the people around us. You don’t need to be a club member to attend.

Dan Williams | Without Fear

Dan returns to Holy Trinity, where he has helped us build honest conversations about mental health through personal experiences and practical insights. This year’s session centres on Conversations That Matter, encouraging meaningful discussion about how we connect with and support each other.

Sean Menere | Solid Foundations Counselling

Sean is an ACA registered counsellor with 21 years of experience in aviation, including 16 as an air traffic controller and 10 training and assessing other controllers. He also spent two summer seasons at Casey Station in Antarctica.

Sean will share his experience of high-pressure environments and the challenges he faced when COVID took him from a demanding role to not working. He’ll also draw on his counselling work supporting individuals, couples and groups through burnout, grief, relationship challenges, identity and fatherhood.
