I'm a pathfinder, certified hypnotherapist and shadow work coach who's passionate about helping others navigate life's challenges and discover their true potential.

I don't want to present myself as someone who has all the answers - I see myself as a fellow traveller on this journey, constantly learning and growing alongside my clients.

My goal is to create a supportive and collaborative environment where we can explore the depths of our inner selves, work through obstacles, and find the path that leads you to your desired destination. I have personal lived experience with PMDD, anxiety and mental breaks, relationship breakdown, AuDHD, parenting ND children, disordered eating and a plethora of shame around my unkind and cruel behaviour in relationship.

I have worked extremely hard over several years to build my resilience and take responsibility for my past behaviours and forgive myself. It's not easy - and I won't make any promises to that effect - but it is worth it.
