Last year we ran a series of Virtual Morning Teas and Conversations for our members as we all muddled our way through the COVID-19 uncertainty.

These proved popular so, on Monday 8th March, 2021 we are holding our first evening ‘Conversation with P2P’ for 2021.

This will coincide with International Women’s Day 2021 and the theme “Choose to Challenge”.

The topic will be Anxiety.

We will be discussing anxiety experienced by mums who have sons and daughters with a disability, and challenge the belief that women have to always be strong and keep going.

Our guest speakers will be talking about their own experiences, and the role that exercise and meditation plays in coping with anxiety. We’ll also be taking questions from you and hoping to generate good conversation about your experiences.

This is an online event. You will be emailed the link to join us via Zoom closer to the day of the event.
