Travel instructions
Car: When traveling by car, public parking areas are available areas close to the jetty. Unlimited on-street parking is also available around the local area. However the dedicated car parks are shared with island residents and also jetty users over weekends therefore parking spaces may be limited close to the jetty. We suggest you refer to the parking area maps available on the Redland City Council website. Please pay close attention to signage to avoid getting a parking fine. Bus: The only available public transport is via bus with a bus stop conveniently located at Victoria Point Jetty. Easy to hop off the bus and hop on the ferry. Routes servicing this stop most days are Route 270 / 274 and 279. There is a bus interchange at Victoria Point Central connecting to other routes to and from surrounding locations. Ferry/Barge Crossing: Amity Trader operates a passenger ferry and vehicular barge, offering regular services to Coochiemudlo Island from Victoria Point Jetty (on Masters Ave), seven days a week. The crossing takes just a few minutes with a passenger ferry departing every half an hour. Vehicle barge pre-bookings are essential.
