What's Included:

Introduction to breathwork and cold exposure: Benefits, how to focus, breathing in the ice, how to get the maximum benefit.
Breathwork session: Working on relaxing and regulating the nervous system, calming the mind and body, creating more focus, building energy and resilience. All breathwork has immediate and, if practiced regularly, long-term benefits.
3 minute group ice bath, including coaching to help relax and focus.
