Join us for a free Cooking Demonstration event hosted by Nadia Fragnito from The Vegan Italian Kitchen. Nadia will be cooking Tortellini with tofu ricotta filling with tastings available.
Nadia is a vegan Italian expert and author of two cookbooks, which will be available to purchase. She was born in South Australia to an Italian father and Australian mother and first went vegan in 2001. Nadia has appeared on Channel 10's Freshly Picked with Simon Toohey and Everyday Gourmet with Justine Schofield, and competed on SBS' The Chefs' Line Season 2. Nadia's recipes and articles have featured in SBS Food, Nourish magazine, Vegan Life and PlantBased.
