Cook to Connect: Christmas Edition (December 2026)
Description
Cook to Connect: Christmas Edition
Come and cook up some Christmas cheer! Cook to Connect: Christmas Edition is a welcoming, hands-on program for adults who want to grow their confidence and independence in the kitchen.
Whether you are just getting started, adapting to changes in vision or ready to build on your existing skills, our Occupational Therapists will support you with practical tips and guidance every step of the way.
Across three practical 2.5-hour sessions, you will create festive entrée, main and desserts while practicing everyday cooking techniques, kitchen safety and useful adaptive strategies.
Choose one session or join us for all three; attending at least two sessions is recommended to get the most from the program. There will be new Christmas-inspired recipes, opportunities to swap ideas and plenty of delicious food to enjoy or take home.
