Join Ballantynes’ own Chef de Partie – Micaela - at Kin Wine Bar as she shares some of her baking secrets. In this class we focus on two things. Firstly the ultimate chocolate ganache. Micaela shares her fail-safe recipe and some interesting ways to use your ganache.

Secondly, for a bit of fun, the art of making a rainbow coloured meringue – or as we like to call them – “unicorn farts”. A perfect treat for the pending school holidays.

This class is demonstration style with tastings to enjoy. Note, dietary requirements cannot be accommodated for this class.

Your ticket price is redeemable on the day when you purchase a product in our Cook and Dine or Pantry departments.
