As part of the Te Atatū Marae Matariki Workshop Series, join Love Food Hate Waste, Te Atatū Marae, and Healthy Families Waitakere, at this FREE workshop.

An overview of the current state of food waste in Tamaki Makaurau, Aotearoa, Top 10 most wasted foods, tips of how to not waste food and cook with all parts of the food. The health and environmental benefits of eating seasonally and locally. Creative recipes of working with two of the Top 10 most wasted foods meat and vegetable, we will finish with Kai Tahi (sharing food).
